REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, or modified items are not eligible for return. Custom or special-order items may also be non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. For freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
