Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive without surprises at checkout.

Free shipping (lower 48): Free freight/shipping on every order to the contiguous United States. No minimums, no codes. We do not currently offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Ships from: Albany, Georgia, USA (our shop—not an overseas warehouse).

Processing times:

• Replacement parts (teeth, belts, brackets): typically ship within 1–2 business days.
• Drum mulcher attachments (MM38 / MM46): typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Delivery windows: After shipment, standard parcel transit is often about 5–7 business days. Freight for drum units typically takes about 5–10 business days depending on location and carrier. Exact timing varies.

Freight & liftgate: Drum mulchers ship via freight carrier due to size and weight. Liftgate service is included on drum freight so you do not need a loading dock. You will receive tracking and a delivery window once the order ships.

Shipping costs: For qualifying lower-48 orders, shipping is included in the product price—no extra shipping line at checkout.

Damage on delivery: Inspect on arrival. For freight, note any damage on the carrier delivery receipt before the driver leaves, and contact us with photos right away.
